Your public booking page shows your photo, your name, your bio, and a color theme. All four come from your account settings, so bookers see your own identity instead of the default.

## Prerequisites

- A Cal.com account you can sign in to
- A photo file ready to upload for your profile picture

## Steps

### Step 1: Set your photo, name, and bio

In your account settings, select **Profile** on the left. Select **Upload avatar** to add the photo bookers will see, then fill in **Full name** and **About** and select **Update** to save.

### Step 2: Choose your booking page theme

Select **Appearance** on the left and scroll to the **Booking page theme** section. Select **Light** or **Dark**, or leave **System default** to follow each booker's own device setting, then select **Update** to save the choice.

### Step 3: Check your public page

Your public booking page is at `cal.com/your-username`. It shows your picture, name, and bio above your event types, in the theme you chose.

## Tips

- The **Booking page theme** setting applies only to your public booking pages. Your signed-in dashboard keeps its own theme under **Dashboard theme** on the same page.
- The **Booking layout** section on the Appearance page controls how bookers see your page. You can enable several layouts and let each booker switch views.
- Adding a **'+'** between usernames, such as `cal.com/anna+brian`, builds one page for booking a meeting with several people at once.

## Summary

Your photo, name, and bio live in **Profile**; your theme lives in **Appearance**. Together they decide what bookers see on your public page.
