Your personal booking link is the public address of your Cal.com booking page. It is the URL you hand out so other people can pick a time on your calendar without emailing you first.

## Prerequisites

- A Cal.com account with a username. Your username is the last part of the link.
- At least one event type that other people can book.

## Steps

### Step 1: Copy the link you want to share

Select **Event types** in the sidebar. Each event type you have created is listed as a row and carries the link people use to book it. Select the **Copy link to event** icon on a row, or **Copy public page link** at the bottom of the sidebar, to copy that link.

### Step 2: Open the embed options on an event type

On the event type row you want to publish on your website, open the options menu and select **Embed**.

### Step 3: Copy the embed code

The **Embed** dialog opens with the code for that booking page. Choose how the widget should appear on your site, then select **Copy code** and paste the code into your website.

## Where the link works

- An email, a chat message, or a social media post.
- A profile, a bio, or a signature.
- Your own website, either as a plain link or with the embed code.

## Tips

- Your personal booking link is built from your username, so it keeps working when you add, rename, or reorder event types.
- An event type that is switched off for your profile keeps its own link and still accepts bookings from anyone who has that link.

## Summary

Your booking link lives on the Event types page and in the sidebar of your account. Copy it with **Copy link to event** or **Copy public page link**, or embed it on your website with **Copy code**.
